Job Description:

Altruist Business Hotel is seeking a dedicated and responsible KST Supervisor to join our team at our Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate will be strong-minded, dependable, and capable of managing kitchen stewarding operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the kitchen stewarding team and daily operations
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in all kitchen and dishwashing areas
• Coordinate with chefs and other departments for smooth workflow
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and stewarding equipment
• Train and guide staff to follow safety and hygiene protocols
• Maintain records and assist with audits or inspections

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a KST Supervisor or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to handle pressure and manage a team effectively
• Must be reliable, punctual, and proactive
