Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced KST Supervisor to join our team at Centre Point Hospitality. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in supervising kitchen staff.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Train and mentor new staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a KST Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing kitchen staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control procedures is required.
  • Experience with inventory management software and systems is necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are needed to resolve issues and improve processes.
