Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Bar Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise bar staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in the bar area.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
Train and mentor new staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in bar management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of hospitality industry practices and regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
