Job Description

Sales & Revenue:
Achieve monthly and quarterly food & beverage sales targets.
Drive upselling and combo promotions to increase average spend per guest.
Operations Efficiency:
Ensure smooth day-to-day food court operations.
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
Customer Experience:
Ensure prompt and friendly service to all guests.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently.
Team Management:
Manage, train, and motivate F&B staff for optimal performance.
Ensure proper grooming and discipline of the team.
Inventory & Cost Control:
Monitor stock levels, reduce wastage, and control food costs.
Coordinate with vendors for timely supply and quality assurance.
Compliance & Audit:
Adhere to company SOPs, FSSAI norms, and internal audit parameters.
