Job Description

As the Manager for the state-of-the-art convention center in Central Kerala, your role will involve leading the sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue, increase event bookings, and enhance brand presence. You will collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure event success and contribute to business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets - Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients - Create comprehensive marketing plans and utilize various channels to increase brand awareness - Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop promotional materials - Stay informed about industry trends, conduct market research, and analyze data for informed decisions - Manage the sales and marketing budget effectively, monitor expenses, and evaluate return on investment - Lead and motivate a sales and marketing team, foster collaboration with other departments - Prepare regular reports on sales performance and marketing effectiveness **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus - Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, particularly in the hospitality or events industry - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to think strategically and execute tactically - Leadership experience and the ability to inspire and manage a team If you are a dynamic individual with a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth in the convention and events industry, we look forward to receiving your application.,
