Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Generation

  • Drive banquet sales through corporate events, weddings, conferences, MICE, and social functions.
  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets for banquets and events.
  • Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings.
  • Prepare customized proposals, contracts, and event quotations.
  • Negotiate rates, packages, and terms to maximize revenue and profitability.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, wedding planners, and travel partners.
  • Maintain a strong client database and ensure repeat business.
  • Handle client queries, special requests, and resolve complaints professionally.

Event Planning & Coordination

  • Coordinate with Operations, Banquets, Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Finance for seamless event execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
