Job Description

As the Manager of sales and marketing at our state-of-the-art convention center in Central Kerala, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue, increasing event bookings, and enhancing our brand presence. Collaborating with internal teams and external clients will be essential to ensure the success of events and contribute to our business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets - Identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients - Creating comprehensive marketing plans and utilizing various channels to increase brand awareness - Collaborating with designers and copywriters to develop promotional materials Additionally, you will need to: - Stay informed about industry trends, conduct market research, and analyze data to make informed decisions - Manage the sales and marketing budget effectively, monitoring expenses, and evaluating the return on investment - Lead and motivate a sales and marketing team, foster collaboration with other departments, and prepare regular reports on sales performance and marketing effectiveness To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (an MBA is a plus) - Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, particularly in the hospitality or events industry - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to think strategically and execute tactically - Leadership experience and the ability to inspire and manage a team If you are a dynamic individual with a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth in the convention and events industry, we look forward to receiving your application.,
