As a MICE Sales Executive based in Gurgaon, you will take on a full-time hybrid role with the flexibility of working from home. Your main responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with the event planning team to ensure the successful execution of MICE events. Your daily tasks will involve prospecting, contract negotiation, sales strategy development, and delivering top-notch customer service. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in Sales and Business Development, with a proven track record in lead generation and negotiation. Experience in planning and executing MICE events is essential, along with excellent client relationship management and communication skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial, as well as proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required, and any background in the travel or events industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred for this position.,
