Positions Title :

Azure integration solution lead cum sr. developer

experience :8 yrBudget :24 LPALocation: Remote Skills set :Azure Integration ,APIs ,Logic Apps ,Function Apps, scalability, security,APIM, `Apps, Function Apps ,Service Bus, Event Grid, Key Vault ,Bicep/ARM templates, enterprise integration patterns, CRM/ERP integrations

Roles and responsibilities:

Technical Leadership• Own solution architecture and design for Azure integration landscapes.• Oversee development of APIs, Logic Apps, and Function Apps, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.• Drive best practices for APIM policies, event-driven integration (Service Bus/Event Grid), and secure credential management via Key Vault.• Ensure Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep/ARM) and CI/CD pipelines (AzureDevOps/GitHub Actions) are consistently applied across environments.• Provide technical guidance on error handling, monitoring (App Insights, Log Analytics), and high-availability design. Functional & Managerial Leadership• Act as the bridge between business teams and technical squads, translating functional requirements into integration designs.• Lead requirement workshops, solution walkthroughs, and UAT sessions with business stakeholders.• Manage delivery of multiple parallel integration initiatives under strict timelines.• Own RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) tracking and mitigation planning.Define resource allocation, sprint planning, and release governance acrossSIT/PERF/PROD.• Ensure compliance with data privacy, audit, and regulatory standards.Team & Stakeholder Management• Lead and mentor a team of Azure developers, testers, and DevOps engineers.• Drive adherence to coding standards, documentation, and review processes.• Serve as primary escalation point for integration issues and business queries.• Report project status, risks, and delivery metrics to senior management/CIORequired Skills• Strong expertise in Azure Integration Services: APIM, Logic Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, Key Vault.• Hands-on knowledge of Bicep/ARM templates, YAML pipelines, and GitOps practices.• Good understanding of enterprise integration patterns, SOA, REST, SOAP, and event-driven architectures.• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical integration solutions.• Experience with stakeholder communication, requirement analysis, and functional gap bridging.• Strong people leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional technical teams.• Proficiency in project management tools (Azure DevOps, JIRA, MS Project, etc.Qualifications• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.• 8+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in Azure integration projects.• 3+ years in a team lead/managerial role.• Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-305, AZ-400, or Integration specialization) strongly preferred
