Job Description

About The Opportunity

A dynamic player in the IT services and HR technology sector, our client delivers end-to-end infrastructure and automation solutions to drive business agility and operational excellence. You’ll join an on-site engineering team in India, owning the design, deployment, and maintenance of robust DevOps pipelines that empower development teams and accelerate time to market.Role & Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI or equivalent tools.
Manage and provision cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure or GCP through Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate workloads using Kubernetes for high availability and scalability.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to automate build, test and deployment workflows, ensuring rapid and reliable releases.
Monitor system performance and reliability, leveraging Prometheus, Grafana and ELK to detect and resolve incidents proactively.
Enforce security best practices: vulnerability scanning, patch management, identity & access controls and compliance standards.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
3+ years of hands-on DevOps or SRE experience in an enterprise environment.
Proficiency with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI or similar.
Strong expertise in IaC: Terraform or CloudFormation managing AWS, Azure or GCP.
Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Fluent scripting skills in Bash, Python or equivalent for automation tasks.

Preferred

Experience with monitoring and logging stacks: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK.
Familiarity with configuration management tools: Ansible, Chef, Puppet.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and API gateways.
Understanding of security frameworks and compliance (ISO, SOC2).
Relevant certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer or equivalent.
