Audit Supervisor

What You’ll Do

• Prepare IGAAP audit plan, audit strategy, allocation of work etc and agree timelines with Corporate Finance team, auditors and Direct tax team for statutory audit, tax audits and other deliverables
• Review and guide other team members for preparation of schedules, cash flow statement, notes to accounts, accounting policy and financial statements for manufacturing and software companies for statutory audit. Along with this team member should himself / herself work on similar activity for other entity.
• Review work of team member and prepare tax audit annexures for tax audit including Form 3 CD
• Update on timely manner audit status update to all stake holders and highlight the issues on timely manner along with the resolution.
• Independently lead statutory and tax audit of private limited company, coordinate with external auditors for audit completion and query handling, other Eaton Finance team, tax team for data requirement, query resolutions etc
• Review and prepare or update Internal Financial Control documents, risk control matrix etc as per company process
• Review and prepare tax computation, MAT and deferred tax working independently and also support on other tax related working and audit and tax assessments
• Review and preform inventory valuation for manufacturing company, perform stock count
• Review and perform book closure activity as per audited financial statements
• Regular update on audit plan and progress, audit strategy, allocation of work, weekly work update to Team Lead and guide and review work done by team if any
• Prepare or update fixed asset register as per IGAAP and reconcile with US GAAP, US GAAP and IGAAP reserve reconciliation
• Represents as the primary contact point and support company assigned for audit to resolve internal/external and escalated queries
• To collate and where necessary produce/analyze statistical data/reports as required
• Keeps up-to-date with key business changes and process/technical"
