Audit Supervisor

Role Overview: As an Audit Supervisor at Eaton, you will lead financial and operational audits using a risk-based methodology. Your role involves evaluating internal controls, business processes, and procedures at Eaton operations. You will ensure compliance with finance policies and internal control standards while working closely with the SOX and Finance Compliance team, operations, and regional leaders. As a part of the global Internal Audit team, you will lead end-to-end finance and operational audits under the supervision of the audit manager. Key Responsibilities: - Lead audit planning, communicate effectively with management, and set audit expectations. - Evaluate internal controls and business processes for design and operating effectiveness. - Prepare audit reports, identify root causes, and conduct opening and closing meetings with stakeholders. - Maintain clear and accurate work papers, review planning and fieldwork critically. - Follow up on management action plans and support new areas of development. - Participate in department initiatives, special projects, and data analytics execution. - Coordinate SOX control reviews and collaborate with other functional teams. - Travel up to 40% for audit engagements. Qualifications: - Chartered Accountant or Bachelor's degree in accounting with additional certifications. - Extensive experience in Internal Audits and internal control domain. - Advanced degree (MBA or Masters in Accountancy) is desired. - CPA, ACCA, CIA, CMA, CFE CISA, or other equivalent certification is a plus. - 4-7 years of experience excluding internships with supervisory experience preferred. Skills: - Supervisory experience in Audit engagements, task allocation, and work review. - Proficiency in data analytic tools like PowerBI and Power Automate. - Knowledge of robotic process/AI tools and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is beneficial. - Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and proactive attitude. - Cultural awareness and flexibility for travel are required in a multicultural environment.,
