The ideal candidate will have experience in sales within fields like Sanitaryware, Ceramics, Tiles, Wooden Flooring, Plumbing Pipes & Fittings, Modular Kitchens, Furniture, Automations, or any related sector. As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for actively promoting premium brands, identifying potential high-end clients, providing excellent customer support, and efficiently closing sales. Key Responsibilities: Sales Execution: Proactively identify and target potential clients in the assigned segments (Sanitaryware, Ceramics, Tiles, etc.), providing expert sales presentations and product knowledge. Client Management: Pitch premium brands to high-end customers, ensuring top-tier service and assistance throughout the sales cycle. Lead Follow-up: Develop a robust pipeline, follow up on leads, close sales, and meet or exceed sales targets. Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Market Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive business growth. Desired Candidate Profile: Experience: Minimum 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the Home Interior industry (Sanitaryware, Ceramics, Tiles, Wooden Flooring, Modular Kitchen, Furniture, etc.) Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
