Job Description

Manage all Sourced Talent Pipeline.

Track messaging cadence for respective projects.

Provide sourcing data and insight through reporting.

Provide necessary support to Lead/Sr. Sourcers.

Pairing with the Sr. Sourcers in the paired Sourcing sessions to develop the ability to Source individually.

Required Skills

Bachelors degree Or Equivalent required (Preferably in Engineering)

A passion for learning new skills in Sourcing and Candidate Engagement.

Willingness to learn new tools required to fulfill this role. (ATS, CRM, Trello, G-Sheet etc.)

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

An ability to be organized across multiple requisitions while responding to a high volume of candidates
