Company Description VedPrep Chem Academy is a platform dedicated to preparing students for competitive examinations such as CSIR-NET, GATE, IIT JAM, CUET, UPSC, TIFR, and more. Founded with a vision to provide an ideal launch pad for chemistry enthusiasts, VedPrep has expanded to include Physics, Maths, and Biology. With an initial 100% success rate in its first year (2020-21), the academy has continually strived for perfection and has made a significant mark on its students' success. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Marketing Director, located in Noida. The Associate Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing market planning initiatives, managing marketing activities, conducting market research, and overseeing sales strategies. Daily tasks will include coordinating with various departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts, analyzing market trends, and devising strategic plans to drive student enrollment and brand awareness. Qualifications Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy Define and execute the overall marketing roadmap for growth and brand visibility. Lead integrated campaigns across offline and online channels. Manage and mentor a team of content creators, designers, social media executives, and agency partners. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and academic teams. Performance Marketing (Individual Ownership) Directly manage and execute ad campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, etc. Own CAC, CTR, CPL, ROI, and campaign budgets. Setup landing pages, A/B tests, and funnel optimizations. Track daily metrics and optimize campaigns for scale. Brand & Content Oversee content marketing, email, influencer tie-ups, and SEO. Ensure consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints. Plan and lead new launches, webinars, and partnerships. Analytics & Reporting Monitor performance KPIs and report directly to the Founders. Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, etc. Make data-driven decisions and drive experiments across channels. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields. 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role. Proven expertise in performance marketing — preferably in EdTech/D2C/SaaS. Strong grip on marketing analytics, CRM funnels, and conversion tracking.
