Associate Marketing Director

As an Associate Director Marketing at our company, you will be leading the inbound marketing and lead generation efforts to drive thought leadership and deliver measurable business impact through innovative digital campaigns. Your role will involve collaborating closely with marketing agencies, pre-sales, solutions, and sales teams to create a high-quality pipeline supporting our growth goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and lead all digital marketing activities across platforms and channels. - Build and manage the inbound marketing and lead generation function including team, tools, and processes. - Lead and manage external agencies and vendors for key services. - Develop and execute high-performance campaigns in content marketing, SEO/SEM, performance marketing, email, and webinars. - Set and achieve qualified inbound lead targets through data-driven strategies. **Qualifications Required:** - Demonstrated success in inbound lead generation for B2B tech or IT services companies. - Hands-on expertise in marketing automation, lead nurturing workflows, and funnel optimization. - Proven experience in managing a team of content writers, SEO experts, and Inbound marketers. - Previous experience in a similar role in a mid-size IT services company. - Excellent understanding of IT services, emerging technologies, and customer personas. - Minimum 9 years of overall experience with at least 3 years in a Digital Marketing leadership role. - Comfortable with flexible work hours and occasional travel. - Self-motivated, high-energy, and goal-oriented with a bias for action.,
