Associate Marketing Director

Role Overview: As a Marketing Lead at Accompany Health, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to patient segments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and drive strategy to achieve impactful results. Your role will involve analyzing campaign performance, setting KPIs, and exploring innovative engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Own mailer and SMS campaigns tailored to patient segments. - Develop and scale social media strategies (paid + organic). - Oversee educational materials including print, digital, and video formats. - Manage branded welcome boxes for new patients. - Work closely with clinical, product, operations, and leadership teams. - Manage vendors and agencies for campaigns and creative execution. - Provide mentorship and prioritization guidance to a Marketing Manager (not a direct report). - Plan, execute, and analyze campaigns across multiple channels. - Report on KPIs and set up reporting processes for data-driven decisions. - Test and explore new engagement strategies and marketing technologies. Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of marketing experience, with a track record of success in multi-channel campaigns (SMS, email, social, print). - Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and segmentation. - Strong project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities. - Effective leadership and communication abilities; experience with onshore/offshore teams is advantageous. - Data-driven mindset coupled with creativity in execution. - Healthcare or regulated industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
