Associate Marketing Director

As an Associate Director Marketing at People10, you will play a crucial role in leading inbound marketing and lead generation efforts to drive business impact through innovative digital campaigns. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning and leading all digital marketing activities across platforms and channels. - Building and managing the inbound marketing and lead generation function, including the team, tools, and processes. - Leading and managing external agencies and vendors for key services. - Developing and executing high-performance campaigns encompassing content marketing, SEO/SEM, performance marketing, email, and webinars. - Setting and achieving qualified inbound lead targets using data-driven, effective strategies. To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills: - Demonstrated success in inbound lead generation for B2B tech or IT services companies. - Hands-on expertise with marketing automation, lead nurturing workflows, and funnel optimization. - Proven experience in successfully managing a team of content writers, SEO experts, and Inbound marketers. - Leadership experience in a similar role within a mid-size IT services company. - Excellent understanding of IT services, emerging technologies, and customer personas. - A minimum of 9+ years of overall experience with at least 3+ years in a Digital marketing leadership role. - Comfort with flexible work hours and occasional travel, if required. - Self-motivated, high-energy, and goal-oriented mindset with a bias for action.,
