Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    The Team Member / Executive – CLMS/KRONOS is responsible for day-to-day workforce system operations, including data entry, attendance tracking, leave management, and first-level issue resolution. The role ensures accuracy and timeliness of workforce data across sites, supports compliance with policies and labour laws, and provides frontline support to employees, contractors, and site SPOCs in using CLMS/KRONOS effectively.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    System Operations & Data Entry Manage daily transactions in CLMS/Kronos: attendance logs, shift rosters, overtime, and leave updates. Validate and update employee/contractor data in the system to ensure accuracy. Escalate recurring issues or anomalies to the Lead – CLMS/KRONOS Operations. Monitoring & Exception Management Monitor workforce dashboards for exceptions such as absenteeism, late punch-ins, overtime deviations. Flag discrepancies in time & attendance records for review and correction. Maintain trackers for regular reporting and audit purposes. Employee & Contractor Support Act as the first-line support for employee and contractor queries on timekeeping, attendance, and leave. Provide guidance on system usage (punch-ins, roster checks, leave applications). Assist contractors and site SPOCs in system compliance. Compliance & Audit Readiness Maintain documentation, logs, and attendance records to ensure audit readiness. Support compliance checks for labour law adherence and vendor/contractor workforce documentation. Ensure records are accurate and available for inspections and audits. Collaboration & Reporting Partner with HR Ops, Site Ops, Payroll, and Admin teams for workforce data sharing. Generate daily/weekly attendance and workforce reports for leadership review. Provide inputs to workforce analytics dashboards. Internal Stakeholders: Lead – CLMS/KRONOS Operations Site Ops & HR Ops Teams Payroll & Compliance Teams Line Managers and Site SPOCs External Stakeholders: Contractors & Staffing Vendors Workforce System Vendors (Kronos/CLMS providers) Auditors / Inspectors (for compliance checks)

Qualifications and Experience


    Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or IT. Certification or coursework in workforce/time management systems (e.g., Kronos) preferred. Work Experience: 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, site operations, or workforce system support. Hands-on experience in time & attendance systems (Kronos, CLMS, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.). Exposure to contractor workforce management desirable. Familiarity with compliance and audit requirements at site level.
