Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Finance Manager located in South Delhi. The Associate Finance Manager will be responsible for managing daily financial operations, preparing financial reports, assisting in budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves analyzing financial data, supporting the finance team in strategy development, and liaising with stakeholders to provide financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses.
• Monitor cash flow, fund management, and working capital requirements.
• Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance.
• Coordinate with auditors and facilitate Internal audits
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
• Supervise and mentor the finance and accounts team.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall financial performance.
• Handle risk management and ensure financial controls are in place.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong skills in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
• Proven experience (typically 4–5 years) in financial management.
• Experience with Financial Analysis and Data Analysis
• Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Financial Management
• Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with stakeholders.
• Good Communication and presentation skills.
