Job Description

We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – Finance (MIS Reporting)

📍 Bengaluru | On-site | Immediate Joiners Preferred

Qualified CA (2–3 yrs PQE)

What You’ll Do

Own monthly MIS reporting with accuracy & speed
Drive MIS vs. Books reconciliations (Quarterly / Half-Yearly / Yearly)
Partner with AP, Tax, Revenue & Business Teams for seamless closures
Deliver ad-hoc reports & business insights to management
Ensure compliance with policies & internal controls

What We Expect

✅ CA with 2–3 years of MIS experience

✅ Big4 Articleship (PwC, KPMG, EY, Deloitte) preferred

✅ Strong Excel & ERP expertise

✅ Startup-ready mindset: agile, self-driven & detail-oriented
