This role will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of financial statements, maintaining accurate financial records using Zoho Books, and supporting the overall accounting functions of the company. Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger, balance sheet, and income statement, using Zoho Books. Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports. Prepare and reconcile bank statements. Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns, as needed. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Support internal and Statuary audits. Assist with the implementation of new accounting policies and procedures. Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations. Support the team by providing assistance with accounting tasks and projects. Maintain accurate and organized financial records. Ensure adherence to company accounting policies and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting-related issues. Provide training and guidance to other team members, as needed. Participate in special projects as assigned by the manager. Create required MIS reports and Monthly management presentations
