Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused
Associate Director – Product
with 8–12 years of experience in quick commerce, logistics, or marketplace domains (B2B preferred). You will lead product strategy and delivery across multiple business-critical platforms, including vendor, rider, sales, warehouse, and internal tools.This role demands a strong blend of product intuition, data fluency, and stakeholder management. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, operations, sales, finance, and leadership to build scalable, high-impact products that drive Fairdeal.Market’s growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
🧭 Product Strategy & Ownership
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap across consumer, vendor, rider, sales, catalog, and admin platforms.
- Prioritize features that maximize activation, retention, and monetization across our B2B ecosystem.
- Translate business goals into scalable product solutions through robust PRDs and stakeholder alignment.
👥 User & Business Impact
- Architect seamless experiences for retailer onboarding, catalog search, promotions, and order tracking.
- Lead digitization of internal workflows across warehouse, finance, category, and sales teams.
- Champion usability and operational efficiency across all internal and external-facing tools.
📊 Data & Analytics
- Define and monitor KPIs for growth, feature adoption, operational performance, and order success.
- Leverage tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, and custom dashboards for data-driven decisions.
- Guide experimentation through A/B testing, funnel analysis, and behavioral insights.
🤝 Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead cross-functional pods with 10+ engineers, designers, QA, and business leads.
- Partner with HR and sales to digitize attendance, visit tracking, and incentive workflows.
- Align product initiatives with seasonal planning, category strategy, and financial goals.
🚀 Execution & Delivery
- Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of features using tools like Jira and Figma.
- Maintain a balance between speed, scalability, and business relevance in every release.
Key Qualifications
- 8–12 years of product management experience in quick commerce, logistics, or marketplace domains.
- Proven success in leading B2B or B2B2C product initiatives across vendor, rider, or catalog platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in growth funnels, data modeling, and experimentation.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude, and Figma.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business. MBA is mandatory.
