Role: Associate Director – Product

Role Overview:

We are seeking an Associate Director – Product to own end-to-end product strategy and execution for our E-commerce/Quick Commerce app and Salesforce app. The role requires a hands-on approach, combining strategic thinking with on-ground execution alongside stakeholders across operations, sales, and tech teams. You will drive product vision, prioritize features, and ensure our platforms deliver exceptional business value.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute product strategy for both E-commerce/Quick Commerce and Salesforce apps.

Work closely with on-ground stakeholders (operations, sales, supply chain) to understand pain points and implement solutions.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product improvements and new features.

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user research to inform product roadmap.

Set KPIs and success metrics; continuously analyze data to drive product decisions.

Drive adoption and training of Salesforce app across internal teams.

Own product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.

Mentor and guide junior product managers and teams.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Education: B.Tech / B.E / MBA from Tier-1 institutes preferred.

Experience: 8+ years in product management for E-commerce / Quick Commerce / SaaS platforms, with 3+ years in leadership roles.

Strong understanding of Salesforce app customization and integration.

Proven experience in on-ground execution with cross-functional stakeholders.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.

Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and drive execution in a fast-paced startup environment.
