We work on large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects across highways, manufacturing, logistics, and energy sectors. Role Overview We are seeking a Consultant – TEV/LIE with an engineering background (Mechanical / Chemical / Production / Civil / MBA with technical exposure) to support our technical evaluation and reporting activities. The role involves conducting site visits, assessing project feasibility, reviewing documentation, and preparing professional TEV and LIE reports for lenders, investors, and government bodies. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct site visits to assess physical progress, plant and machinery, operating processes, and compliance. Collect and analyze technical, operational, and financial data relevant to TEV and LIE studies. Prepare comprehensive TEV reports, including market analysis, technical assessment, project viability, and risk evaluation. Prepare LIE monthly and quarterly monitoring reports covering progress, cost evaluation, quality checks, and project risks. Review DPRs, feasibility studies, approvals, technical documents, and project contracts. Coordinate with borrowers, contractors, lenders, EPC teams, and authorities. Present findings in clear, structured, high-quality reports. Ensure timely submissions and maintain documentation for all assignments. QualificationsB.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Production, or related disciplines. MBA candidates with technical exposure may also apply. 0–4 years of experience in TEV, LIE, EPC, consulting, or industrial operations (freshers with strong writing skills may be considered). Strong analytical ability and excellent technical report-writing skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Willingness to travel extensively across India for site assessments.
