Job Description

HRBP Consultant (Pune | Full-time | Hybrid) - Open The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for delivering day-to-day HR operations for 1 to 3 assigned client accounts. This is a client-facing role that involves regular client-site visits, hands-on HR support, and close coordination with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery. Responsibilities Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned client accounts. Provide on-site support to clients as per agreed frequency and service-level agreements. Manage employee life cycle activities: onboarding, induction, transfers, exits, etc. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes in coordination with the Senior HRBP. Ensure compliance with labor laws, client policies, and internal HR procedures. Drive employee engagement activities and support retention strategies. Maintain accurate HR reports, trackers, and documentation for each account. Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the Senior HRBP in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, and L&D to support client needs. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a client-facing or multi-site role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and accounts simultaneously. Willingness to travel to client locations on a weekly basis. Note: Women returning to the workforce after motherhood are encouraged to apply
