Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). • Proven experience (5–7 years) in Lean Consulting, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement roles. • Strong knowledge of Lean principles, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies. • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification preferred. • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or service industries is an advantage.
