Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Conduct assessments of current processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. • Design and implement Lean strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps to achieve productivity, quality, and cost-reduction goals. • Facilitate Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and problem-solving workshops. • Train, coach, and mentor employees and leaders in Lean tools and methodologies (5S, SMED, Kanban, Standard Work, etc.). • Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and sustain improvements. • Support digital transformation initiatives by aligning Lean practices with technology solutions. • Drive cultural change towards continuous improvement, engaging employees at all levels. • Benchmark best practices and recommend industry-leading approaches for efficiency improvement. • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate results to senior management. • Collaborate with leadership to align Lean initiatives with organizational strategy and business objectives. • Implement and sustain 5S workplace organization practices across facilities. • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions for recurring issues. • Support cross-functional teams in implementing Just-in-Time (JIT) and Kanban systems. • Assist in redesigning workflows and layouts to optimize space, material flow, and labor efficiency. • Develop Lean training modules and deliver workshops to employees at all levels. • Work with suppliers and partners to extend Lean principles across the supply chain. • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards during Lean implementation. • Identify cost-saving opportunities through waste reduction, process automation, and resource optimization. • Drive continuous benchmarking of processes against industry leaders to identify new opportunities. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). • Proven experience (5–7 years) in Lean Consulting, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement roles. • Strong knowledge of Lean principles, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies. • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification preferred. • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or service industries is an advantage.
