Job Type:Full-timeShikshakji Group is seeking an experienced and multi-talented HR Advisor to join our team in Bengaluru. This unique hybrid role combines hands-on HR Advisory client management with the opportunity to teach students at the Shikshakji Academy. We offer comprehensive training on key Zoho applications, and are preferring candidates ready to join immediately to take on client responsibilities. You must be a solution-oriented professional with a willingness to mentor others and travel when necessary. Key Responsibilities and Key Result Areas (KRAs)The HR Advisor will balance client advisory services with the educational duties of the Academy: End-to-End HR Advisory Client Management (KRA): Manage the complete HR advisory relationship for a portfolio of 5 dedicated clients (Startups/MSMEs). Provide expert counsel on various HR functions, including policy drafting, compliance, performance management, employee relations, and basic compensation structures. Ensure all client HR operations are compliant with current labour laws and regulations. Be ready to travel to client premises within Bengaluru/region for official purposes as required. Zoho Application Integration & Management (KRA): Undergo internal training and rapidly achieve proficiency in ZOHO Payroll and ZOHO Books. Utilize Zoho applications to streamline HR and payroll processes for managed clients, offering tech-enabled solutions. Advise clients on the effective implementation and use of these tools. Shikshakji Academy Teaching (KRA): Liaise with the Academy team and utilize your HR expertise to teach students specific modules (e.g., HR Fundamentals, Payroll Management, Basic Compliance). Mentor students, sharing real-world insights from your advisory experience to enhance their learning. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Academy's HR curriculum. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Client Satisfaction Score (CSAT): High satisfaction ratings from the 5 managed HR advisory clients. Client HR Compliance Score: Zero instances of major regulatory non-compliance issues for managed clients. Zoho Adoption Rate: Successful implementation and utilization of ZOHO Payroll/Books for relevant client needs. Academy Training Effectiveness: Positive feedback from students regarding the clarity and relevance of training sessions taught. Advisory Quality: Timely and accurate delivery of HR policies and advisory support. Candidate Profile & Selection ProcessExperience: Proven experience (2+ years) in HR roles, preferably with exposure to HR Generalist duties, compliance, or consulting. Commitment: High learning curve essential, particularly for mastering ZOHO Payroll and ZOHO Books (training provided). Must be willing to commit to the role's hybrid (remote/on-site/teaching) structure and long-term growth. Attitude: Solution-centric approach, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in both advisory work and teaching/mentoring. Location: Must be based in Bengaluru and ready to travel to client locations/Academy premises as needed. Compensation: The salary for this position is negotiable based on experience and expertise.
