Offer pre-sales and post-sales support including troubleshooting, user training, and AMC services. Manage workshop activities and ensure timely servicing, repairs, and dispatches. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and build strong customer relationships. Travel extensively for client visits, site support, installations, and demonstrations. Required Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 4–7 years of experience in technical sales or automation project execution. Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems and components. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). HRBP Consultant (Pune | Full-time | Hybrid) - Open The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for delivering day-to-day HR operations for 1 to 3 assigned client accounts. This is a client-facing role that involves regular client-site visits, hands-on HR support, and close coordination with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery. Responsibilities Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned client accounts. Provide on-site support to clients as per agreed frequency and service-level agreements. Manage employee life cycle activities: onboarding, induction, transfers, exits, etc. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes in coordination with the Senior HRBP. Ensure compliance with labor laws, client policies, and internal HR procedures. Drive employee engagement activities and support retention strategies. Maintain accurate HR reports, trackers, and documentation for each account. Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the Senior HRBP in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, and L&D to support client needs.
