Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at the Crowne Plaza. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in managing restaurants and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
  • Train and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
