Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Reports to: Restaurant Manager

Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Management: Assisting in hiring, training, and mentoring new employees, creating staff schedules, and supervising their performance.
• Operations Support: Overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Customer Service: Interacting with guests, addressing complaints, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Inventory and Supplies: Managing inventory, placing orders, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Financial Management: Assisting with cash handling, recording income and expenses, and balancing cash registers.
• Compliance: Ensuring the restaurant adheres to health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Marketing and Promotions: Contributing to promotional activities and events to enhance guest experiences.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Hospitality Management
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in restaurant operations and customer service.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage staff, inventory, and finances.
• Experience in a restaurant setting.
• Proficiency in computer applications like MS Word and Excel.
