Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team, with 4-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food.
  • Supervise staff members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
  • Maintain inventory levels and control costs to optimize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing a team effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills are needed to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
