Job Description

Role & responsibilities:- Assist in Updating current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and on boarding processes) Support the sourcing activity for various functions and roles Identify new channels of recruitment Study the market and present insights Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire) Participate in job fairs and career events Build the companys professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners) Initiate background verification process and Medical check-up for candidate Manage end to end on-boarding of new joinees (documentation, system update, HR letters, requisition for IT asset etc) Screening resume and conducting evaluation process for entry level to mid senior roles Familiarity with social media and other professional networks Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills Liaison with Legal team for tie-ups with various Recruitment partners Preferred candidate profile:- Proficient in Excel and Power Point Excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management skills Prior experience in end-to-end TA is preferred
