Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Department Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Department Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specific department, ensuring that customer service is up to standard, managing inventory and staff, implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The Department Manager will also be involved in training and mentoring staff, budgeting, and maintaining the store's overall appearance and functionality.
