Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Department Manager to lead and manage a jewellery department within our retail brand. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in jewellery retail operations, team leadership, sales performance, and customer relationship management, gained through working with reputed jewellery brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations of the assigned jewellery department.
• Drive sales targets and ensure achievement of monthly and annual business goals.
• Lead, train, and motivate sales associates to deliver superior customer experience.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, display, and store aesthetics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
• Handle high-value customers and build long-term customer relationships.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory movement, and coordinate with the back-end team.
• Ensure proper handling of gold, diamond, and precious jewellery with strict adherence to safety and audit norms.
• Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve department performance.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 7 to 10 years of experience in jewellery retail, preferably with leading jewellery brands.
• Proven experience in managing a department or large section within a jewellery showroom.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of gold, diamond, and jewellery products.
• Customer-focused with strong sales acumen.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA or Retail Management preferred).

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
