Job Summary: We are seeking experienced and dynamic Senior Faculty Maths to join our team for NEET and JEE Level. The ideal candidates will have deep subject knowledge, a strong track record of student success, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for high school students aspiring to crack national-level competitive exams like NEET and JEE (Main & Advanced) . Qualifications: Desired Experience . Candidate should be open to relocate to Gangtok location. Should have experience in teaching in school or in SIP program Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant subject (B.Tech, M.Tech, M.Sc, B.Sc) Minimum 5 years of teaching experience at reputed NEET/JEE coaching institutes. Strong academic record and subject expertise in Maths (Class 10th to 12 level with focus on competitive preparation). Proven track record of producing top rankers in NEET/JEE exams. Strong command over subject matter and excellent communication skills. Preferred Background: Previous association with reputed institutes like Allen, FIITJEE, Aakash, Narayana, or similar. Experience in both online and offline teaching modes. Skills & Competencies: Deep understanding of NEET/JEE exam patterns and competitive exam pedagogy. Ability to explain concepts clearly and concisely to students of varying academic levels. Tech-savvy with familiarity in using digital tools for online teaching (optional but preferred). Passionate about teaching and student success. Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
