Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Physics Faculty to join our academic team for NEET and JEE (Main & Advanced) coaching programs. The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of Physics at the competitive exam level and a proven track record of producing successful students in national-level entrance tests. Requirements: Candidate should be open to relocate to Gangtok location. Should have experience in teaching in school or in SIP program Desired Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or Engineering (B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech, M.Tech, or equivalent). Minimum 5 years of experience teaching Physics for NEET/JEE in reputed coaching institutes. Strong academic record and subject expertise in Physics (Class 10th to 12 level with focus on competitive preparation). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Background with leading coaching institutions (e.g., Allen, FIITJEE, Aakash, Narayana, etc.). Hands-on experience with both offline and online teaching platforms. Demonstrated success in mentoring students to achieve top ranks in NEET and JEE exams.
