Job Overview

We are looking for a presentable, energetic, and vibrant Physics Tutor to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to teach engaging lessons through YouTube, online platforms, and classroom sessions.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Content Delivery

• Deliver clear, engaging, and concept-based Physics lessons.
• Teach across Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Optics, Electromagnetism, Waves, and Modern Physics.
• Conduct classes through YouTube, online learning platforms, and in-person sessions.
• Create high-quality video lessons, demonstrations, and explanatory content.

Academic & Student Support

• Prepare lesson plans, notes, study materials, and assessments.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide one-on-one academic support.
• Use real-life applications and experiments to simplify complex concepts.

Performance Monitoring & Curriculum Support

• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
• Ensure high-quality content delivery across all teaching platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physics or related field (B.Ed preferred).
• Strong understanding of core and advanced Physics concepts.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Energetic, presentable, and confident on camera (YouTube presence preferred).
• Ability to explain complex theories in a simple and engaging manner.
• Prior teaching/tutoring experience is an added advantage.
