Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Makeup Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in various makeup techniques, including bridal makeup, fashion makeup, special effects, and professional grooming. The trainer should be experienced in the latest makeup trends and tools and be capable of inspiring and guiding aspiring makeup artists. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules in makeup artistry, including bridal, fashion, editorial, and special effects makeup. Provide hands-on demonstrations and practice sessions for students to master various makeup techniques. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure skill development. Prepare training materials, lookbooks, and makeup kits for practical sessions. Stay updated with the latest makeup products, tools, and techniques. Assist in course curriculum development and course structuring. Conduct workshops, webinars, and interactive sessions to enhance learning outcomes. Mentor and guide students on career opportunities, portfolio building, and client management. Requirements: Diploma or Certification in Makeup Artistry or Cosmetology. Minimum 2+ years of experience as a professional makeup artist or trainer. Strong knowledge of makeup products, tools, and hygiene practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to adapt teaching methods to various skill levels. Creative, patient, and detail-oriented. Experience in bridal, fashion, or theatrical makeup is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Certification from a recognized beauty school or institution. Prior experience in beauty workshops, online training, or makeup masterclasses. Portfolio showcasing various makeup styles and techniques. Knowledge of skincare and facial anatomy.
