Role Overview As an Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for critical Non Tech roles across Sales,Collections & Underwriting. You will act as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, managing hiring plans, executing sourcing strategies, mentoring junior recruiters, and ensuring a superior candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Own and drive recruitment strategies for mid to senior-level roles across verticals (Tech, Sales, Product, Operations, etc.). Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower plans, job requirements, and organizational priorities. Use innovative sourcing methods (Boolean, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to identify the right talent. Conduct HR screening, competency-based interviews, and ensure alignment with company culture. Oversee and manage the performance of junior recruiters and hiring coordinators. Manage recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. Maintain accurate hiring data and progress dashboards via ATS and Excel trackers. Work closely with HRBPs to ensure smooth onboarding and pre-joining engagement. Lead employer branding initiatives and drive proactive talent pipelining. Ensure a seamless candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. Required Skills & Qualifications 68 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in BFSI, FinTech or from BPO Proven experience managing diverse hiring mandates including Sales,Collections,Underwriting and mid-management roles. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience mentoring and leading small recruitment teams. High proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Excel-based dashboards. Sound knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
