About the Role:

Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for full-time and part-time instructors/trainers roles focused on the India & US market.


  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies.


  • Manage job postings across platforms and proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.


  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with role expectations, cultural fit, and regional requirements.


  • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely communication between candidates and hiring teams.


  • Track and report key hiring metrics to leadership and suggest improvements to optimize the hiring process.


  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent database to meet ongoing and future hiring demands.


  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regional employment regulations.


  • Provide a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with exposure to hiring for international markets (especially the US).


  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage global stakeholders and candidates.


  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring assignments simultaneously.


Flexibility to align with US time zones as needed. (Till midnight IST)
