Job Title: Assistant Manager -  Operations Analytics

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

EV Operations & Supply Chain

  • Oversee and analyze end-to-end EV operations including

    battery procurement, logistics, and hub-level operations

    .

  • Work closely with procurement and OEM/vendor partners to ensure

    timely supply, cost optimization, and quality compliance

    .

  • Monitor customer onboarding, order fulfillment, service turnaround time, and issue resolution across EV operations.

  • Conduct

    stock audits

    for batteries, chargers, and spares across warehouses and hubs; analyze variances and shrinkage.

    • Analytics, MIS & Reporting

    • Build and maintain

      advanced Excel dashboards

      (Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas, macros).

    • Use

      MySQL

      to extract and analyze large operational datasets (inventory, logistics, customer, SLA data).

    • Design and manage

      Power BI dashboards

      for leadership covering KPIs such as:

    • Battery inventory turnover

    • Order fulfillment cycle time

    • Logistics cost per unit

    • Hub performance & SLA adherence

    • Asset utilization and audit compliance

    • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of operational MIS.

    • Process Improvement & Control

    • Identify inefficiencies, leakages, and operational risks across EV operations and recommend corrective actions.

    • Support automation and system improvements through data-driven insights.

    • Ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance norms, and audit requirements relevant to EV operations.

    • Skills & Competencies

    • Strong understanding of

      EV operations, supply chain, logistics, inventory, and customer lifecycle management

      .

    • Advanced Excel proficiency

      (Power Query, Pivot Tables, complex formulas; VBA preferred).

    • Working knowledge of

      MySQL

      (joins, queries, data validation).

    • Hands-on experience with

      Power BI

      (DAX, data modeling, dashboard development).

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

    • Smart, professional, and presentable with strong stakeholder management capability.

    • Educational Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in

      Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Analytics, or a related field

      .

    • Certifications in

      Data Analytics / Power BI / Supply Chain / EV Operations

      will be an added advantage.

    • Experience

    • 3–7 years

      of experience in

      operations analytics, EV operations, supply chain analytics, logistics, or asset-heavy operations

      .

    • Prior experience in

      EV, mobility, automotive, battery, or logistics-driven organizations

      preferred.
