Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at Hotel Centre Point, with 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Manage front desk, housekeeping, and food service staff to maintain high standards.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Coordinate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing teams and leading by example.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with guests and staff.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
