Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
• Oversee and streamline HR operational processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HRMS-related tasks.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR dashboards, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless HR support and issue resolution.
• Drive HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements for better employee experience.
• Support engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and workforce coordination.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations or related HR functions.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and documentation.
• Experience with HRMS tools, attendance systems, and payroll coordination.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Must be comfortable with a 6-day working schedule (Work From Office).

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
