Assistant Manager - HR Operations

As an Assistant Manager Human Resources at SRV Hospitals, your role will involve handling day-to-day HR tasks in Mumbai and Bangalore. You will support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations while assisting in developing HR policies, procedures, and programs. Your qualifications should include experience in recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations, knowledge of HR policies and procedures, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team, attention to detail and organizational skills, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, and HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI) would be a plus.
