Role Introduction: At Ketto, data-driven decision-making is central to our growth. We’re looking for an Assistant Manager – CRM who will play a key role in strengthening customer engagement and driving retention through strategic marketing automation and CRM tools. If you're passionate about building meaningful user journeys and leveraging technology to drive performance, this is the perfect opportunity. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel engagement & retention campaigns (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, In-App, etc.) Design user journeys and segmentation strategies aligned with key business objectives Monitor and report on channel performance metrics including DAUs/MAUs, LTV, CTRs, Open Rates, and Conversions Optimize automation strategies to enhance user conversion, engagement, and repeat usage (e.g., SIP program adoption) Collaborate cross-functionally with BI, Product, Tech, Brand, and Content teams to ensure campaign excellence and feature adoption Conduct A/B testing on campaigns to fine-tune messaging, personalization, timing, and targeting Liaise with external CRM vendors (e.g., CleverTap, WebEngage) to explore new initiatives for enhancing user retention Drive continuous improvement through experimentation and data-driven insights What You Bring to the Table: 4–8 years of experience in Customer Retention Management Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in MS Excel and experience interpreting marketing analytics Hands-on expertise with marketing automation tools such as CleverTap and WebEngage Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams Perks & Benefits: Competitive compensation aligned with industry standards Flexible, inclusive, and meritocratic work culture Diverse and dynamic team environment Learning & Development opportunities for professional growth Show more Show less
