About the Role :-

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Manager – CRM to join our team. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring seamless documentation, and supporting internal and external partners to deliver exceptional service quality. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and possess strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Communicate business strategy and value propositions to existing and potential partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure smooth financial and product documentation.
• Coordinate with internal credit teams and external stakeholders to complete required documentation.
• Support sales teams by explaining programs and providing assistance to clients during their engagement process.
• Ensure timely communication and resolution of client issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Identify and recommend improvements to enhance workflow and operational efficiency.

Key Skills and Requirements :-

• 1–2 years of experience in customer relationship management, financial services, or related functions.
• Basic knowledge of KYC and financial documentation processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under pressure.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to providing superior customer service.
