practice.CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.

, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality audit and assurance services to clients in the CHAMP sectors. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand industry-specific challenges and provide actionable insights that drive business performance.

YOUR ROLE.
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
- Execute audit engagements from planning to completion for clients in the consumer, hospitality, and manufacturing sectors.
- Perform risk assessments and develop audit programs tailored to client needs.
- Analyze financial statements and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards.
- Identify and communicate audit issues and findings to senior team members and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated advisory and assurance solutions.
- Assist in the development of junior staff through coaching and mentoring.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks.
Your Experience.
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related
- CPA or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam
- 5 years of public accounting experience, preferably in
- Strong understanding of audit methodologies and accounting
- Experience with CHAMP industries is a
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving
