Purpose/Objective

We are seeking a talented and experienced Precast Production Engineer to join our team. As a Precast Production Engineer at Buildcast Solutions Private Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of precast concrete elements, ensuring quality and efficiency in the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Oversee the production of precast concrete elements, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards • Develop and implement production schedules to optimize manufacturing efficiency and meet project deadlines • Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to identify and resolve any issues in the production process • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to review technical drawings and provide input on manufacturability • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency • Implement and maintain best practices for workplace safety and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations • Provide technical guidance and support to production staff, resolving any technical issues that may arise during manufacturing • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of raw materials • Prepare production reports and performance metrics, presenting findings to management and offering recommendations for improvement • Stay updated on industry developments and technological advancements to drive innovation within the precast production environment

Technical Competencies

Experience with quality control and assurance methodologies in precast production,Familiarity with industry-specific software and production management tools,In depth knowledge of precast manufacturing processes and techniques,Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications

Qualifications and Experience

3-8 Years of experience in operation phase in Precast Factory. Fulltime Diploma/BE in Civil or related field.
